Thanksgiving Leaf Wreath

I found this super easy pin for making a leaf wreath out of a paper plate and figured it would be a fun project to do with kiddo while little brother was down for his nap.

Fall Leaf Wreath- Easy Thanksgiving Project!

Kiddo loved glueing all of the leaves on the wreath, although it took a little convincing to get him to use more than just the orange leaves (orange is his favorite color and he thought an all-orange wreath would be best! LOL!) The entire project took about 5 minutes and I love the way it turned out. We are proudly hanging it on our front door and kiddo loves showing it off to everyone that comes over for a visit.

Step 1:

Cut a circle out of the paper plate

Step 2:

Glue on leaves. We used fake leaves so we can keep the wreath and use it every year, but it would have also been fun to go on a hike and collect fallen leaves and use those. Mommy also helped and used hot glue, but for a true kid-friendly project, just use Elmer’s glue or a glue stick.

Step 3:

Hang on the front door and admire how talented and artistic your kiddo is ;)

Fall-ing into pumpkin….
