Pinterest is no longer allowing their pages to be loaded in an IFRAME, which is the typical method people were using to get their boards to display on Facebook.

Fortunately, Woobox came up with a solution!

From Woobox:

Woobox just launched a free Pinterest Tab App to show your Pinterest pins and boards on your Facebook page, just as they look on the actual Pinterest site.

If you’re an avid Pinterest user like me, I’m sure you can imagine how excited we are about this app. Here is the link to install a new Pinterest Tab, it only takes a minute:

Once you’ve installed it, just input your username from Pinterest (the last part of your profile URL), save the settings and you’ll be set to go! If you’d like to display the pins from an individual Pinterest board, just select the second option “Show Pins from Selected Pin Board” and input your board name from the Pinterest URL.

We just installed it and it seriously took less than a minute! Woobox was not exaggerating :)

Can I ask what makes this app comply with Pinterest? Why is it alright to use Pinterest on Facebook in this way v.s. the iframe way? I’m just trying to understand everything. Thank you for your help and great, easy app!

    Jen,

Thank you for the write-up! We’re glad you’re enjoying our app and thank you for spreading the word. As far as complying with Pinterest, they establish their Application Programming Interface (API) which allows 3rd party software like Woobox to work with their programs. Changes made to the API effect how our apps work so as Pinterest made changes to their API it forced us to create a new solution and that’s how we came up with our Pinterest app.

several features of the Yamaha dgx 640. This is the sound
characteristics of modern transistor circuits, and retro classic tube equipment but because of its slow rotation
rate (slewrate) and with soft voices. You are most likely aware that electronic pianos
have improved greatly through the years.
