I am just loving all of the pins and posts from our Pinner of the Week, Butter with a Side of Bread! They make the yummiest looking recipes and I had such a hard time deciding which one to choose for the Pin-spiration Challenge. All the recipes look so delicious, that I know I couldn’t go wrong with whatever recipe I chose. I noticed a few over-ripened bananas in my kitchen, so I opted to use these up before they go bad. Soon the smell of Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins filled my home. The recipe was very simple and the muffins turned out great! My hubby glady gave this two thumbs up Check out my results:
Mine got a little bit more brown that what I would’ve liked, but they were still super yummy! Even if you don’t have cupcake liners on hand, like I didn’t, you can still make them! After using non-stick spray on the large muffin pans before baking, the baked goodies came out of the pan perfectly. Just be sure to wrap them individually in plastic wrap or store them in an air tight container (or both!).
